A reading is a digital product, written for your exact chart and delivered the moment it's finished. It can't be un-read, so it can't be returned: all sales are final. What we owe you instead — and take seriously — is that every reading arrives, opens, and is complete. If yours isn't, we fix it. Every time.
Know what you're buying, before you buy
We don't ask you to gamble. Before any money moves, you can see exactly what a purchase gets you:
- Read a full sample reading — an entire paid reading, published uncut. Not excerpts, not a teaser. What you buy is what you saw, written for your chart instead of the sample's.
- Run your free chart — the same engine that powers the paid readings computes it, in your browser, in three seconds. If the free reading doesn't feel accurate, don't buy the paid one.
The delivery guarantee
Email us if your reading:
- never arrived, or the link in your receipt doesn't open
- came back broken, cut off, or garbled
- was lost — a deleted email, a dead browser tab. Reading links stay live for two years, and we can re-issue yours.
We regenerate or re-send until you're holding a complete, readable reading. No time window on this one — whenever you notice, we fix it.

Include your order number or receipt so we can
find the purchase. Replying to your Gumroad receipt works too. A person reads it — replies
usually land within a day.
Billing
Payments are processed by Gumroad. Your card number goes to Gumroad and stays there — we never see it. If something went wrong on the billing side — a double charge, the wrong product on the receipt — that's an error, not a purchase, and we'll sort it out with Gumroad. Write to the same address.
