Pisces in 2026: your green months and your danger month
Neptune left Pisces for good on 26 January and Saturn left on 13 February. Both of your rulers vacated your sign inside three weeks, and you have had six months of your eyesight back.
What is left of 2026: September to December
September is the fallout month and it is the whole of your short term. Lunar eclipses deliver over four to six weeks, so the ending you feel in the last days of August is not finished until the start of October. Do not treat the first version of it as the final one.
Then it eases. Venus retrogrades from early October to mid-November and Mercury from around 24 October — for Pisces that is less a crisis than a re-reading of a relationship you already know the truth about. Jupiter is in Leo for the rest of the year, which puts your growth in the unglamorous sixth house: routine, work, health, the container.
That is the actual instruction for your autumn. Not insight — structure. A fixed time, a physical routine, a boundary you wrote down. A Pisces does not need more feeling in 2026. You need something with edges to keep it in.
Your green months were April to June — and that window has closed
Jupiter in Cancer trined your sign until 30 June — your traditional ruler, in water, in easy aspect. It favoured creative work, children, romance and anything you made because you wanted to rather than because it was required.
The important thing about April to June was that it was the first stretch in fourteen years with Neptune out of your sign. You could see the situation you were actually in. Some Pisces found that genuinely disorienting, having navigated by feel since 2012.
If you used it to make the decision you had been unable to make, the rest of the year is a matter of holding it. If you did not, September is going to make it for you, and September is less considerate about the wording.
Your danger month: September
The partial lunar eclipse of 28 August falls at roughly 5 degrees of Pisces, and lunar eclipses deliver their consequences over the four to six weeks that follow. September is the fallout month, not August.
A lunar eclipse on your own sign brings something long-running to a visible end. For Pisces the risk is characteristic: you will feel the ending in August, decide it was probably your fault, and spend September apologising for a situation you did not cause.
Write down, before the end of August, what you actually think happened. You will need that document in September, because by then you will have revised it into something kinder to everyone but yourself.
The Fire Horse part
2026 is 丙午, yang fire over yang fire, from Lichun on 4 February. Fire evaporates water.
A Fire Horse year gives Pisces one of two outcomes and there is no third: burned, or clarified. Both involve losing the fog. The difference is whether you use the clear view or spend the year mourning the softness of the old one.
Neptune spent fourteen years in your sign making everything beautiful and slightly out of focus. That ended on 26 January and it does not come back in your lifetime.
The verdict
You are seeing people as they are now. Do not start improving the picture. Look at it through September — the whole of it, including the part about you — before you decide what it means.
These are the transits to your Sun sign. They land differently depending on the degree your Sun sits at, where your Moon is, and what your rising sign is doing. Run the free chart and the months get specific.

- What does Neptune leaving Pisces mean?
- Neptune entered Pisces in 2011 and made its final departure on 26 January 2026, returning in about 165 years. For Pisces it ended a long period of heightened sensitivity, imagination and blurred boundaries. Things are clearer now, which is a relief and a loss at the same time.
- What does the August 2026 lunar eclipse mean for Pisces?
- The partial lunar eclipse of 28 August falls at about 5 degrees of Pisces. If your Sun, Moon or rising sits near that degree, it brings a long-running situation to a visible conclusion, and the consequences land through September rather than in August.
- Is 2026 a good year for Pisces?
- It is a clarifying year. Both of your rulers left your sign in the first six weeks and Jupiter trined you until 30 June. The opportunity was real. The discomfort is that you can now see what you have been tolerating, and the August eclipse on your sign delivers through September.
